TYRE FITTING. Your vehicles wheel nuts or bolts should be rechecked to tightness and security within 30 miles of collection following any works that required wheel removal, especially tyre fitting.
Every effort will be made to contact customers if works carried out require further costs that were not foreseen in original quotation, where CCM OR CCM GATWICK are unable to contact customers our professional judgment will be relied upon to carry out appropriate works and all costs shall fall due for payment prior to release of vehicle, every effort will be made to contact customers and to mitigate costs whilst taking into consideration the long term well being of customers vehicles.
Payment for work , parts and any materials necessary for works agreed by printed quotation or by verbal description in telephone conversation or by email from CCM OR CCM GATWICK will be cash or card on collection. Company cheques will be accepted from known customers only.
All goods, parts , materials , labour costs supplied by CCM OR CCM GATWICK remain the property of CCM OR CCM GATWICK and until such time as payment in full has been discharged. In the case of settlement of accounts title to the goods will not pass from the vendor until such time as the funds have been cleared by the banks concerned and credited to the vendors account.
Unless formal account facilities have been offered all vehicles must be paid for on completion of works .Vehicles not cleared from site within 5 working days from completion of works and fair attempt to contact and notify the customer by CCM OR CCM GATWICK will incur daily storage charges of £ 37.50. All storage fees must be settled prior to release of vehicle.
In the event of legal action or other disputes relating to vehicles not collected daily storage charges will be increased to £ 100 per day to cover costs of administration and legal advice. All storage fees must be settled prior to release of vehicle.
Any defects or concerns related to works carried out directly by this company should be notified at earliest possible convenience and in writing where possible. Any defects that are claimed to result from works carried out by CCM OR CCM GATWICK must be notified to CCM OR CCM GATWICK and the vehicle made available for collection and inspection. CCM OR CCM GATWICK will not accept responsibility or liability for defects claimed but not notified and / or repaired by CCM OR CCM GATWICK.
Trade accounts are due for settlement by 10th of month following invoice. Any trade accounts not paid in time will result in suspension of service until account is brought up to date.
Cheques received in payment and returned by our bankers will carry an administration fee of £ 50.00 for each occurrence.
LIEN. CCM OR CCM GATWICK shall retain possession of clients vehicles following unsettled debts and shall retain (but not sell) property until the debt or other obligation is discharged. Where any relevant storage charges shall surpass the value of a retained vehicle CCM OR CCM GATWICK shall seek to dispose of the vehicle and recoup best recompense in attempt to mitigate the losses incurred by CCM OR CCM GATWICK.
